| What is sound therapy? Sound therapy is a lovely way to relax and unwind . Resting on a yoga mat with a blanket and cushion listen to the sounds of crystal bowls, energy chimes, Tibetan bowls and gongs, drum, rain sticks and many more sounds to take you into a place of total relaxation. How does sound heal? The sound travels through your body helping to release tension and bring balance to your body. |
